Your mission should you accept it :
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Advisor acts as a generalist, providing support to their client group in various areas of human resources management. With a true passion for workforce management, planning, developing training activities, welcoming new employees, and, above all, teamwork, this individual will respond to ad hoc employee requests while participating in strategic initiatives to attract and retain talent.
This role is based out of the Chemin Olivier office in Lévis, using a hybrid remote work model.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent experience;
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist position;
- Availability to travel occasionally (site visits and business trips);
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with your colleagues and support field teams in Canada and the United States;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, rigor, diplomacy, creativity, and judgment;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- A sense of discretion and confidentiality.
What you will do to complete this mission successfully :
Carry out the employee onboarding and integration process and coordinate their mobilization at their workplace;Ensure compliance with laws, standards, practices, procedures, and workplace policies;Participate in the development of strategies, programs, and tools to stimulate and maintain employee engagement and optimize HR practices;Support managers in the planning, development, mobilization, and retention of their teams;Promote the company's values throughout the organization;Provide an advisory role on human resources issues;Carry out the recruitment process from A to Z;Answer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, company policies, and related issues.Participate in organizing workforce movements.Monitor and manage training and performance evaluation activities.Represent the company at HR-related activities, as well as with educational institutions and business partners;Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to increase and support organizational efficiency.Provide support for performance evaluation, compensation review, and disciplinary management processes;Optimize and coordinate recruitment, staffing, and termination processes.Develop job profiles, conduct interviews, recommendations, offer letters, and onboarding.Assist supervisory and management staff by providing support to managers regarding human resources practices and policies (e.g., statutory holidays, performance, discipline, planning, development, and others).Oversee the implementation of Borea's operating policies and procedures.Borea values are part of the energy landscape.
