WHAT WE’RE HIRING FOR

We are looking for experienced, competitive, and self-motivated Outside Sale Representatives to join as Account Managers.

Apex Account Managers build relationships with our clients and ensure they’re getting the candidate results they’re looking for. Account Managers play a pivotal role at Apex, delivering qualified hiring solutions to top companies in a specific territory or business vertical.

OUR INDUSTRY-LEADING TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

To set you up for success, we have a 10-week training program designed to educate you on all aspects of the Apex sales Cycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

When we hire, we’re looking for high-energy, motivated candidates with 1+ years of experience in an Outside Sales Representative Role. When we hire, we also look for :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both French and English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Negotiating skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Results- and process-oriented professionals
  • Ability to network and establish professional relationships through lunch meetings and on-site visits
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at once
  • Ability to set and manage priorities
  • This position will be a hybrid role and requires at least 3 days in-office per week
