Bachelor's or master's degree in quantitative domains : Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.Minor or advanced degree in Finance is an asset.5+ years’ experience in business-oriented data analytics.Passion for data analysis and problem solving to support investment decision makingSelf-motivated, ability to do independent researchStrong communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts / ideas to effectively collaborate with a variety of teams from both investments and technologyStrong programming skills (Python, SQL) ; 3+ yearsExperience with data warehousing and big data technologies such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Spark, Databricks etc.; 3 yearsProficient with data visualization tools : PBI / Tableau etc. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and related services ; 2 yearsHigh degree of interest in investment and asset management.Experience in industry or an academic setting of : Full cycle of analytics solution development
