Hello, I'm Maxime Somaglino, consultant at FED Manutech, a specialist in permanent recruitment for the manufacturing, engineering and engineering professions.We support our candidates throughout their careers by offering them stimulating opportunities tailored to their profiles and ambitions.Your functionOur client, a Laval-based company specializing in the design of conveyors and Cap-Feeder systems, is currently looking for a QHSE Manager for a permanent 40h / week position.As part of the management committee, you will report to the site manager as well as to the OHS USA department.Your main responsibilities : - Oversee and implement Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) practices.- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in terms of health, safety and the environment.- Conduct internal and external audits, as well as incident investigations.- Promote a culture of QHSE excellence among employees and stakeholders.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to management.- Maintain and improve ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.- Oversee building maintenance and manage the associated budget.- Act as main contact with external bodies (CNESST, certification bodies, etc.).- Lead COMEX meetings (this position is part of the company's Executive Committee).- Management of 2 people
