We are looking for an experienced Salesforce professional (with Marketing Cloud expertise) to join us as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
This role will leverage your skills and expertise in business analysis, refining business processes, and applying deep knowledge of Salesforce offerings to drive success in our client engagements.
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant with Marketing Cloud expertise, you will lead efforts related to business analysis and propose custom client solutions, leveraging your deep knowledge of Salesforce SaaS offerings.
This role is crucial in transforming clients' businesses through insightful analysis and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
LI-DNIWhat you'll doAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder rules, and layouts.
Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings to gather business needs and functional requirements.Document system configurations, data mappings, and process flows.
Conduct user training sessions and create user guides.Manage Salesforce testing and validation efforts to ensure configuration meets requirements.
Provide ongoing support and system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom solutions when standard configurations are insufficient.
Monitor Salesforce updates and new features to recommend improvements for system enhancements.Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and effective project execution.
What we'd like Proven experience in business analysis as well as business process refinement and alignment with a focus on Salesforce SaaS offerings (specifically Marketing Cloud).
Salesforce certifications, with a preference for certifications in Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and relevant functional areas.
Deep understanding of Salesforce SaaS offerings and their application in various business contexts. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with a focus on business analysis and functional consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field), with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
