Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible live-in superintendent couple to manage the daily operations of our residential apartment building. While we prefer a couple, single responsible candidates are also welcome to apply. Previous superintendent experience is preferable but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

Daily Cleaning : Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds.
Unit Preparation : Prepare vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning and minor repairs.
Tenant Relations : Address tenant queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Prospective Tenants : Show units to prospective tenants.
General Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and completing work orders
Emergency Response : Be available to handle emergency situations as they arise.

Qualifications :

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.
