We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to oversee day to day office operations, supporting the executive team to ensure success for this organization.
What You’ll Do : Management :
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Developing policies and procedures, evaluating and providing recommendations to streamline processes
- Project Management experience - development of project plans, deadlines and budgets
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Events Coordination :
Plan, schedule, and coordinate programs, workshops, and events.Communicate with trainers, consultants, and participants to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.Track training budgets and manage invoices related to training activities.Administrative Duties :
Maintain and organize company records, databases, and confidential documents.Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.Support HR functions, including onboarding and coordinating employee training.Qualifications & Skills :
Education in Business Administration and or 5+ years in office supervisory roleEducation and or experience in Project ManagementProven experience in supervising staffStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business software.Proficiency in Smartsheet business software.Proficiency in working with CRM systems.Why Join Us?
