WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives. Provide strategies for landing large deals and growing key accounts. Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities, and lead initiatives to penetrate new segments. Develop and manage a sales funnel, ensuring it’s consistently full and deals are moving through the pipeline. Coach & Inspire the Sales Team Manage and lead a team focused on driving new business growth and expanding client relationships. Mentor and coach the sales team to meet and exceed their targets. Act as a resource for team members, attending customer and industry meetings to understand market needs and challenges. Collaborate & Represent Work closely with Marketing to fill the sales funnel and create impactful campaigns. Collaborate with leadership on overall company strategy and provide insights into customer needs and market trends. Represent our client's company at trade shows and customer meetings across North America (approximately 25% travel). Drive Performance Monitor and forecast revenue to ensure consistent growth. Track and manage seller activities, pushing deals through the pipeline and closing opportunities. Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to analyze data, identify trends, and improve sales outcomes. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of growing sales in a B2B environment. Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams, driving new business, and expanding key accounts. Charismatic leader with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve goals. Strategic thinker with a proactive, high-energy approach and a growth mindset. Proficient in Salesforce, Apollo, Hubspot, and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
