As a Project Coordinator – Aircraft Maintenance, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring and optimizing maintenance projects for our fleet. You will ensure efficient operations while meeting the highest deadlines, budgets and safety standards while maximizing fleet availability.Your key responsibilitiesManagement and optimization of maintenance projectsDevelop and manageshort-, medium- and long-termmaintenance plans.Ensure anoptimal allocation of resources(human, material, tools, logistics).Analyzerisks and constraintsand propose solutions to minimize the impact on operations.Leadership and coordination of teamsWork closely with technical teams, maintenance, operations and management.Ensureeffective communicationbetween different stakeholders to maximize productivity and performance.Process optimization and innovationImplementperformance indicatorsto measure the effectiveness of projects.Automate and optimize processes by leveraging project management tools and innovativetechnology solutions .Contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods to increase aircraft availability and safety.Your profileDiploma in Project Management;At least two years of experience in project management, planning, or a similar role;Planning, budget management and value for money skills.Proficiency in project management tools (advanced Excel, Airtable, etc.)Bilingual (French and English), essential to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Experience with "No code / low code" platforms (an asset).Experience in the aviation industry (an asset)What we offerAnnual salary starting at $65,000 depending on your experienceGroup insurance and RRSPs with employer contributionAnnual profit-sharing bonus10 paid sick daysDynamic and collaborative work environment, where your expertise will make the differenceSocial activities organized by the companyOpportunities for professional growth and continuous developmentCommitment to diversity, equity and inclusionThe opportunity to join our Become a pilot after 1 year program
