About the role :
Provide analytics support to multiple clients and brands, ranging from reporting and insights, to building business cases and uncovering consumer behaviourCollect performance data from internal and external data sourcesPartner with internal teams (Analytics, Strategy, Accounts, Tech) to build client relationships through the lens of data and analyticsWork with cross-function team to evolve digital measurement process for both client and companyEvaluate information needs of all stakeholders who consume marketing data todesign reports and deliver relevant insights.Develop reports that track the success of campaigns / programs, analyze results against goals and make recommendations to optimize results.Imaginative in analysis : able to separate what is worthwhile versus what is noise and get to the insight that will yield incremental business resultsDuties and Responsibilities :
Work with strategy, media agencies and other disciplines to plan, measure and optimize channels across customer journeyDevelop a thorough understanding of the client’s business that allows to make recommendations and improvementsResponsibility to elevate insights and drive incremental business impact by leveraging available data sources, including sources outside known environmentsHarness previous learnings to power up use cases across customer journeyBuild and power up BI tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Datorama, PowerBI, Tableau)Simplify complex data through interactive visualizations tailored to different audiencesDevelop measurement plans with clear understanding of key business objectives / questions to formulate relevant KPIs and their associated diagnostic metricsDevelop test use cases driven by data and strong hypotheses, implement and find learningsStay on top of emerging trends in the analytics industryCollaborate with Strategists, Account Leads and other disciplines to strengthen agency offering in data and analytics, across clients, projects and scopesComply with all AODA regulations and requirementsQualifications :
3 years of work experience in analytics and insight delivery or data management for brands.Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience using relational databases (i.e. SQL, mySQL) for data gathering and miningExperience with open source programming languages (R, Python)Advanced analytics techniques with some statistical knowledge in correlation, regression & forecastingExperience with web analytics platforms such as Google AnalyticsSuperior analytical skills with attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage deliverable deadlines across multiple priorities and stakeholders
