A Day in the Life of a Construction Manager

Every day, you ensure everything stays on course and runs smoothly :

Project Leader : Supervise onsite construction efforts, ensuring projects meet design, code, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Master Planner : Review and set up project budgets, identify missing or inaccurate scope items, and keep costs accounted for.

Multitasking Extraordinaire : Manage multiple projects like a pro, keeping everything organized and on schedule.

The Go-To Guru : Serve as the main contact for clients, field personnel, material suppliers, inspectors, and subcontractors. You're the rock that keeps everyone steady.

Problem Solver : Ensure every project is a success, and troubleshoot challenges with skill and precision.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who brings more than experience-they bring passion, skill, and leadership :

Restoration Experience : You've worked on restoration projects (water / fire), and you know the ropes.

Construction Know-How : 4+ years of Canadian construction management experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role in the building trades.

Hands-On Skills : Willing to roll up your sleeves when needed-this might include physical labor, material handling, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.

Leadership & Organization : You're the calm in the storm, the leader everyone trusts to steer the ship to success.
