Position : Registered Nurse

Salary : $40-$45 / hour

Location : Vancouver Duncan, Kamloops, Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna & Nelson

Requirements : Inside Canada Candidates

Key Responsibilities :

1️⃣ Deliver comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

2️⃣ Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.

3️⃣ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless and effective care.

4️⃣ Monitor health conditions and administer medications and treatments with precision.

5️⃣ Advocate for residents, ensuring their dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Qualification

• Active RN License in British Columbia.
• BCCNM Registration (required).
• Experience in acute long-term care or home care is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills , with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• NCLEX license required
