Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for their Orillia Office.

As a Quality Assurance Manager , you will play a crucial role in maintaining the standards that the customers have come to expect. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the products meet rigorous quality standards and that the processes are continuously improved.

What you'll do :

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes.
  • Identify and address any quality issues, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.

    • What we're looking for :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 (preferred)
  • Internal ISO 9001 auditor (preferred)
  • Preferred knowledge of manufacturing or production processes and procedures
