Our corporate agency client is looking for a Service Designer to join their team. This will be a 6+ month contract, fulltime hours per week, remote.
Key Responsibilities :
Service Design Strategy :
- Develop and implement service design strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
Research & Analysis :
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather insights and inform design decisions.Journey Mapping :
Create detailed service blueprints and customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.Prototyping :
Develop prototypes and service models to test and validate design concepts.Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX / UI designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective service design solutions.Stakeholder Engagement :
Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.Skills needed :
6+ years of experience as a Service Designer or UX ResearcherExpertise in creating detailed service blueprints, journey maps and cohesive design solution documents.Financial services, banking, Insurance or fintech experience is a must.Expertise with UX research and interviewing.
