Job description

Our client is currently looking for an office coordinator. Our client who is one of Quebec's leading private clinics providing mental health services. With over 20 years of experience, the centre offers a comprehensive range of services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, academic assessments, and occupational therapy. The team is dedicated to meeting the mental health and wellness needs of the Canadian community through compassionate and cutting-edge approaches.

A clinic here in west island is looking for an office coordinator so this is a great job for someone that has empathy and compassion and wants to work with individuals or families seeking therapists for issues such as eating disorders, addiction, depression and anxiety to name a few.

If you have a knack for organization, excellent communication skills in both English and French, and a heart for making a difference, this is your chance to contribute to a compassionate team dedicated to transformative care.

Advantages

Monday-Friday (Flexible start time between 7 : 30AM-8 : 30AM-4PM-5PM

Competitve Salary 50,000$-55,000$ (based on experience)

Responsibilities

This is a full time role as a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Client Care Coordinator The person will be joining a team of 4 other Clent Care Coordinators and will handle day-to-day tasks, including greeting and directing visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking payments, various projects and providing administrative support to the team

Qualifications

Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills

Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in both French and English

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus
