Job Description
We have the following techno-functional positions that are open within the team.
2 x Global IT PMO Project Leads
o 1 -Projects – mainly project leads initiatives within or affects the Project Management applications (Oracle PPM, P6, InEight Cloud, i2)
o 2 -Finance – mainly project leads initiatives within or affects the Finance workstream
4x IT Business Analysts
o 1 -Data controls – please focus on securities and control (RMC) experience
o 2 -Oracle Fusion Finance (GL, COA, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Financials, Tax, AR, AP, expenses, etc.; EPM experience preferrable)
o 3 -Oracle Fusion Supply Chain (Maintenance and Order Management experience)
o 4 -Project Management applications (Oracle PPM, P6, InEight Cloud, i2)
There is a travel bonus on top of a project bonus and profit sharing (paid out twice in March and July).

The IT Business Analyst’s role is to support the Business Applications project leads in the planning, design, develop, and launch efficient business systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The IT Business Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning :
- Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions
Acquisition and Deployment :
Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applicationsConduct research on software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing effortsPerform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisionsOperations Management :
Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organizationDevelop and configure reports to improve financial reporting and analysisEnsure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systemsCoordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation supportProvide orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new systemsLearn, design and build reporting using proprietary tools in other third-party solutionsReview query performance and optimize where requiredAssess and amend any errors in a timely fashionProvide status reports where requiredWork with and assist project teams on implementation or upgrades of new and existing business solutionsQualifications
Education
Required : College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems and 3 years related work experience.
Work Experience
Required : 3+ years’ experience in deployment and support of software systems implementations and global environment (cloud, hosted and on-premise platforms)
Knowledge Required
Prior application administration experience with any of the following solutions is beneficial : Oracle (Primavera, Hyperion, Fusion), InEight Cloud, IntelexProven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or productsExtensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow chartsProven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologiesExcellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.Flexible and adaptable in learning new technologies and solutionsDemonstrated project management skills; Business Analysis and Project Management Fundamentals training or PMP designation an assetFluent English language skills.Personal Attributes
