This hybrid role offers soup-to-nuts controllership, providing hands-on experience in all financial aspects of the business from payroll to financial reporting and analysis as well as tax compliance.

In this role you will report to management and be responsible for the following duties :
- Administer and process weekly payroll through an established electronic system, ensuring labor cost accuracy.
- Manage payroll disbursements and employee-related financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper classification and adherence to financial controls.
- Review and process vendor and contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and contract compliance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations by managing filings for various deductions, levies, and insurance contributions.
- Oversee employee financial documentation, including compensation records, tax forms, and employment-related financial reporting.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and generate comprehensive financial reports at month-end.
- Coordinate financial procedures related to contract completion and project settlements.
- Develop monthly financial plans, tracking revenue streams, expenditures, and cost allocations.
- Perform variance analysis, comparing actual financial performance against projections.
- Maintain and update profitability assessments and cost evaluations.
- Manage month-end accounting procedures, including accruals and expense reclassification.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for leadership review, providing insights into operational efficiencies and budget alignment.

Job Requirements :
CPA designation with extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and compliance.Proven expertise in QuickBooks (desktop & online) and a solid understanding of financial reporting standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work independently and take full ownership of financial operations while collaborating with leadership.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial modeling and reporting.Demonstrated ability to manage payroll, tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting in a hands-on capacity.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in project-based accounting and financial management within a dynamic industry.Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Apply
