The Oracle Functional Analyst will implement and configure Oracle Cloud solutions across procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier qualification management, ensuring seamless integration and data migration. They will develop custom reports, manage workflows, and provide training and support to end-users and administrators.Location : St. Laurent, QCJob Type : Hybrid ResponsibilitiesOracle Cloud Procurement : Configure and deploy Oracle Cloud Procurement for requisition management, purchase orders, and supplier management.Develop and implement approval workflows, catalog and non-catalog requisitions, and integration with Oracle Financials and Inventory.Manage data migration from existing systems to Oracle Cloud.Develop custom reports, dashboards, and alerts for real-time monitoring.Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the procurement module.Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and administrators.Oracle Cloud Sourcing and Contracts : Set up Oracle Cloud Sourcing for managing RFQs, auctions, and competitive bidding processes.Implement Oracle Procurement Contracts for contract creation, management, and compliance tracking.Develop and implement approval workflows for sourcing events and contracts.Manage data migration from existing systems to Oracle Cloud.Integrate Oracle Cloud Sourcing and Contracts with Oracle Financials, Inventory, and third-party systems.Develop custom reports, dashboards, and alerts for real-time monitoring.Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the sourcing and contracts modules.Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and administrators.Oracle Cloud Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) : Develop and configure supplier qualification criteria, questionnaires, and approval workflows.Streamline supplier onboarding, manage profiles and qualifications, and track risk and compliance.Integrate SQM with other Oracle Cloud modules for seamless data flow and comprehensive supplier management.Manage data migration from existing systems to Oracle Cloud.Develop custom reports, dashboards, and alerts for real-time monitoring.Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the SQM module.Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and administrators.Basic Qualifications Oracle Cloud Procurement : Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions.Strong understanding of procurement processes, including requisition creation, purchase orders, and supplier management.Experience with data migration and integration with Oracle Financials and Inventory.Proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Oracle Cloud certification in Procurement is an asset.Experience with Oracle REST APIs and web services is an asset.Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO) is an asset.Oracle Cloud Sourcing and Contracts : Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Sourcing and Contracts solutions.Strong understanding of sourcing processes, including RFQs, auctions, and competitive bidding.Experience with contract creation, management, and compliance tracking.Proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools.Oracle Cloud certification in Sourcing or Contracts is an asset.Experience with Oracle REST APIs and web services is an asset.Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO) is an asset.Ariba knowledge is an asset.Oracle Cloud Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) : Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) solutions.Strong understanding of supplier qualification processes, including onboarding, assessments, and compliance tracking.Experience with data migration and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules.Proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools.Oracle Cloud certification in Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) is an asset.Experience with Oracle REST APIs and web services is an asset.Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO) is an asset.
