Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our insurance products and services
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to determine the best insurance solutions for clients
• Present and explain insurance policies to clients and assist them in selecting the most suitable coverage
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and retention
• Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
