Job Summary :

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction :

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

Problem-Solving :

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Documentation :

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Update customer accounts as needed to reflect resolved issues or changes in information.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies, procedures, and new products or services.
  • Share feedback and suggestions for improving processes and customer experience.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and standard office applications.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
