OVERVIEW :
Hughes Commercial Realty Group is searching for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Edmonton commercial brokerage office.
This position is initially covering a 12-month maternity leave; however, the intent is to transition into a permanent role within our company.
You’ll touch on a variety of support services, which include contracts, conveyancing, CRM, and research support, along with general office administration. In addition, you'll provide property administration support for a select commercial building portfolio.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the commercial real estate field, with preference given to those with a background in commercial real estate law, paralegal work, or legal administrative support related to contracts and transactions.
This role is suited for someone looking to build a successful career in commercial real estate, working closely with a high-performing brokerage team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Broker / Owner, Associate Broker, and Associates on client service initiatives
- Conduct market information research, including CRM and third-party databases
- Desire to learn and analyze commercial leasing and sale principles
- Maintain commercial real estate contracts and conveyancing deal flow
- Provide administrative support in electronic file management
- Assist with contract preparation, review, and due diligence in leasing and sales transactions
- Assist with organizing client-specific packages, presentations, and proposals
- Assist with organizing and assembly of marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, email communications, signage, monthly listings summaries, and announcements
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3–5 years of commercial real estate experienceExperience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or working with commercial real estate contracts and conveyancing is an assetAdvanced knowledge and efficient use of business suite computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google WorkspaceAI efficient and able to learn and continuously apply new applicationsPossess self-starting initiative while working well in a team-oriented environmentMust be able to handle flexibility in task management while having a keen eye for detailAbility to read, analyze, interpret, and create general business documentationAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and format presentationsExcellent and effective verbal and written communication skills on phone and emailExcellent proofreading and editing skills on crucial documentationAbility to multitask, utilize effective time management skills, and recognize and respond to time-sensitive issues and tasks with limited direction / supervisionMotivated to enjoy the wins, take care of clients, and seek to better yourself and your teamMust have your own transportation / valid licenseWHAT WE OFFER :
