  • Project Leadership : Oversee all phases of project management from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including risk analysts, compliance officers, and IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement : Evaluate existing credit and risk processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, maintaining thorough documentation of project progress and outcomes.
  • Change Management : Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring that team members are trained and informed about new processes and systems.
  • Budget Management : Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability and reporting any discrepancies.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification (e.

g., PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus.

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the banking or financial services industry, specifically in credit and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
