At this time, we are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Cleaner to join us at 270 Parkside Drive & Westwood Apartments in Fredericton, NB. This role is part-time hours, based on 22 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility. If you enjoy interacting with others, are passionate about providing a clean and safe environment for residents, and take pride in a job well done, this may be the role for you!

What you will do :

Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste;
Wash windows and interior walls;
Pick up garbage;
Empty trash cans and other waste containers;
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs;
Maintain cleanliness of common areas;
Clean vacant units;
Report deficiencies to Property Manager for repair;
Other duties as required.

Who you are :

Previous experience in a similar role and / or customer service role is considered an asset;

Strong organizational and time management skills;

Able to work independently;

Solid communication skills.
