Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Development Director for their Toronto Office for the Real Estate Industry . As a Regional Development Director, you will spearhead the opening of new offices from coast to coast! Work with one of the largest franchised real estate companies in North America. This role is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the world of real estate franchising What we offer :

  • Salary :  $90000-120,000
  • Job Type :  Full Permanent

What you'll do :

  • Proven experience in franchise sales, ideally in real estate or similar industries where relationship building is key.
  • Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales, with a track record of success.
  • Develop a strong network in the real estate industry and continue to drive to expand it.

    • What we're looking for :

  • An understanding of franchise models, agreements, and financial metrics to show franchisees the path to success.
  • 7-10 years’ experience working in the Real Estate industry.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with future franchisees.
  • Ready to overcome challenges, handle objections, and troubleshoot roadblocks.
  • Strategic, creative, and forward-thinking in growing franchise opportunities.
  • Motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented – you thrive in long-term sales processes.
  • Solid grasp of the real estate market and experience in the brokerage world is a huge plus.
