The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that the fleet maintenance requirements are accurately identified, recorded and prioritized within the maintenance system to meet maintenance safety, operational and Driver needs. You would be expected to be a team player in the Maintenance department and able to communicate effectively with Technicians, Drivers, outside vendors and Bison's customers.
Responsibilities Include :
- Work order entry
- Creating purchase orders
- Utilizing reports to identify incorrect or problem data using established guidelines
- Communicating exceptions, initiate corrective action, and report and evaluate the action effects.
- Works with Outsourced Maintenance Coordinators to schedule equipment and ensures equipment gets to required shop
- Assigns tasks to the Mobile Technician in the Calgary yard
- Driver & Customer Relations
Qualifications :
Experience in a maintenance administrative / coordination roleExcellent organizational skills and record keeping abilityStrong attention to detail abilitiesAbility to use and learn computer software and programsProblem solving ability; recognize, assess, report and provide solutionsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPlease note this position is permanent full-time, Monday to Thursday from 16 : 00-02 : 30.
This position will be located in our Bison North Maintenance Shop, 112 High Plains Court, Balzac, AB
