Tasks
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage contracts
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Answer electronic enquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Perform data entry
Provide customer service
Screening questions
Are you available for shift or on-call work?
Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
