Just Like Family Home Care is a leading Canadian home care provider dedicated to offering compassionate, person-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes. We are growing and looking for passionate, driven individuals to help connect families with the care they need.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales & Community Outreach Representative to drive business growth by connecting with potential referral partners and clients. This role is 90% on the road, engaging with healthcare professionals, conducting in-home assessments, and attending networking events. The remaining 10% of the role is dedicated to administrative tasks and CRM updates.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with referral partners such as hospitals, care homes, social workers, doctors, and pharmacists.
  • Represent Just Like Family at community events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct in-home assessments and create personalized care plans for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software (e.g., Monday.com or similar tools).
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and engagement targets. Provide timely reports and updates to management.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ year of sales or face-to-face marketing experience (healthcare industry experience is an asset).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM software to track leads and sales activities.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
