POSITION SUMMARY :

Receiving Operator at the Hickson, Ontario processing plant .

The successful candidate will be required to work day shift 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 pm Tuesday to Saturday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Offloading inbound raw material loads
  • Ability to drive and operate trucks and tractor trailers in the yard
  • Communicate with other departments
  • Complete all housekeeping duties
  • Inspect raw material for quality
  • Switching finished product trailers as required
  • Complete daily paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Work overtime as needed / required

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Valid AZ license is preferred but not essential
  • Able to operate heavy equipment
  • Able to clearly communicate both verbally and written English
  • Able to maintain a clean work area
  • Forklift Certification

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Must have the ability to lift, push and pull between 50+ pounds
  • Bending, twisting, pushing / pulling, leaning, climbing, extended hours of walking and / or standing
