Chief Administrative Officer - Musqueam Indian Band

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive team. The COO will be a key leader, responsible for the execution of the company's business plan and driving initiatives to ensure growth and stability. This role involves strategic planning, leading and guiding the Industry Heads / Presidents of all companies within the portfolio, and overseeing the operational performance of the business. The successful candidate will be tasked with fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and results-orientation. Efficiency, optimization, and portfolio management are also critical aspects of the position, as is the development and monitoring of key performance indicators for each company.

The ideal COO for the company will have an educational background in operations, business, or a related field, and at least 15 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, and a proven track record in areas such as strategic planning, leadership, and operational efficiency enhancement. The COO will also be involved in talent development, deal execution support, and ensuring governance and compliance across the portfolio.
