You will function as the hub of communication, supporting our caregivers, clients and their families. Working remotely from home you will work in our system logging calls and serve as the frontline of customer support.If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, energized by ambitious goals, we invite you to apply and embark on this exciting journey with us.Responsibilities : Managing Incoming Calls & CasesHandling book-offs and filling shiftsResolving scheduling anomalies and confirmation callsEscalating Cases to Coordinators, Managers, HR, Payroll & FinanceQualifications : Fluency in both french and english is a must2+ years of clerical and customer contact experienceProficiency in using various technologiesSuperior critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCapacity to react quickly and re-prioritize tasksExperience in scheduling would be beneficialPositive, flexible, and reliable work attitudeAble to commit to working on call every other weekendMust live within Atlantic CanadaWe are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
