A large international financial services company is looking to hire an HR Data Analyst specialist to join their team in Montreal.
This is a full-time position for an initial 10-month assignment working in a hybrid environment (possibility of extension or permanence) with attractive compensation.

What we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- 5 to 7 years' experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, HR or HRIS
- Experience in building / managing data infrastructure, data mining and data collection strategies
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards
You’ll stand out if you have :
- HRIS system (Peoplesoft, WorkDay HCM)
- PowerBI
- Python, Java, Excel / VBA
