Family office invests in public markets, real estate, private equity and other investment classes and is supported by outside advisors. They regularly invests alongside other Family Offices and regularly invests in projects led by general partners with which they has established a successful track record.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Capital call and invoice payments
  • Bank deposits
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Broker statements write-up
  • GST / QST filings
  • Year-end file preparation
  • Year-end tax reporting
  • Subscription documentation for new investments

Requirements :

  • Business administration degree, option accounting or technical program in administration / accounting (CEGEP)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, an asset
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop and online, an asset
  • High level of discretion in dealing with personal & confidential information
  • Customer service orientation
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Superior communication skills in both English and French
