Location : Ville Saint Laurent
Salary : $19.5 per hour
Duration : 1 month contract
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Our partner, a leader in the manufacturing industry for over 10 years, is looking for its next data entry clerk for their head office located in Ville Saint Laurent.

Responsibilities
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering coded data, financial statistical information and other information into computerized databases :
- Track incoming documents (electronic and physical).
- Prioritize the printing, scanning and sorting of all relevant documents, including organizing their electronic storage.
- Carry out the necessary research to classify these documents.
- Identify duplicates and revised documents.
- Distribute documents for processing.
- For electronic files, basic data manipulation for ingestion (data collection and import).
Qualifications
- bilingual in French and English
- Rigor, concern for excellence and attention to detail
- Be able to handle high volume data entry
- Experience in data entry
