Role Overview : Hybrid, Oakville, Full-Time, Salary $90K plus benefits.

We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented  Marketing Services Manager / Graphic Designer  to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the brand identity across various platforms, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Reporting to the Product Development Manager, this role offers the opportunity to guide content creation, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead a talented team of two in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production, Management, and Creation

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets, including product photos, lifestyle photography, and video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to produce marketing materials such as packaging, ads, and social media visuals.
  • Plan and manage content calendars to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Graphic Design

  • Photo Composite Editing :  Advanced skills in editing and compositing product and lifestyle images to create visually compelling assets to be used online, for presentations and packaging.
  • Layout & Digital Design :   Assist in developing packaging layouts, in-store displays, and e-commerce assets.
  • Template Creation :  Develop and maintain templates for presentations, ads, and social media to ensure efficiency and brand consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product management teams to develop visuals and copy for new product launches.
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials, sales presentations, and e-commerce content.
  • Manage external agencies for social media, content creation, and video production projects.
  • Branding

  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards to reinforce a cohesive identity.
  • Process Management

  • Work with the Product Development team to create and oversee production schedules for photography, packaging, and creative deliverables.
  • Ensure marketing materials meet quality standards and are error-free before distribution.
  • E-Commerce and Retail Support

  • Optimize and curate content, including product descriptions, imagery, and A+ content, for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Sam's Club.
  • Ensure compliance with retailer-specific marketing asset requirements.
  • Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.
  • Team Leadership and Development

  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.
  • Manage workloads and deadlines for creative teams, fostering efficiency and balance.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for innovative ways to showcase products.
  • Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Graphic Designer skillset; Advanced skills in design and editing is a requirement
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and process development.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office, Shopify, and WordPress.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and on-trend digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage vendor relationships.
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to evaluate and curate high-quality visual content.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and ability to analyze marketing performance data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • A portfolio showcasing design or marketing project experience is required
  • Work Environment

  • Hybrid role : Preference for 3-5 days in the Oakville office (minimum 3 days).
  • Office features include a creative studio, green space, and collaborative work areas.
  • Mac laptop provided, along with a supportive and dynamic work culture.
  • Interview Process : In-person interviews, portfolio submission & review, Graphic Design test, and reference checks.
