About the Role

As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee and ensure the successful completion of various electrical projects, ranging from $50K to over a million dollars. With a strong background in construction, you will supervise projects primarily focused on service work and small new construction projects. Your responsibilities will include regular site visits, quality assurance, client interaction, budget management, and mentoring your team of Foremen. You will visit multiple sites daily, ensuring all work is performed correctly and projects remain on track. We seek a candidate who embodies strong leadership qualities and is enthusiastic about providing mentorship. We offer an hourly rate of up to $55 and a company-provided truck. Ideal candidates will have extensive commercial construction experience, with industrial experience as a bonus, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience in the electrical or construction industry, with a proven track record of managing and supervising electrical projects. They should possess strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively guiding and mentoring a team of electricians, including foremen, journeymen, and apprentices, as well a thorough understanding of electrical systems, codes, standards, and safety regulations is essential. Additionally, they should have excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing and resolving issues that arise during projects, and the capability to handle multiple projects at once. Experience in commercial construction is crucial, with industrial experience considered a valuable bonus.
