Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative support to multiple lawyers. Salary Range : $55,000-$60,000
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need :
- 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Pro
About the Role
If hired, you will :
Organize workflow, manage calendars, and schedule appointments, hearings, and conferencesDraft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions, and settlement agreementsLiaise between lawyers, clients, and contactsConduct legal research using WestlawNext and LexisNexisPerform conflict searches, create and maintain client files, and close files as instructedMaintain and update client and arbitrator contact listsManage file creation, document maintenance, and case preparationInput and validate lawyers’ time dockets and track LSO Continuing Professional Development hoursPerks and Benefits
