What You’ll Do

As a key player on our team, you’ll :

  • Design and Develop : Build robust, high-performance applications using RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, and DB2 / 400.
  • Lead Projects : Take ownership of the full development lifecycle—from requirements analysis to design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Solve Problems : Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver results that matter.
  • Innovate : Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new technologies and recommending improvements to existing systems.

What We’re Looking For

You’re the ideal candidate if you have :

  • 5+ years of experience as an RPG AS / 400 Developer, with expertise in RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, and DB2 / 400.
  • Technical Mastery : A deep understanding of AS / 400 architecture, development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and software design principles.
  • Bilingual Skills : Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Leadership Potential : Experience mentoring junior developers, leading projects, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A Problem-Solving Mindset : The ability to analyze complex systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver results under pressure.
