Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Foreperson at Applied Industrial Flooring. The Foreperson will supervise projects, operate heavy equipment, communicate with team members and clients, perform carpentry tasks, and ensure proper maintenance.
The role will be located in Ottawa, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Equipment Operation, Communication
- Carpentry and Maintenance skills
- Experience in the industrial flooring or construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of concrete installation and repair techniques
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
