Open Systems Tech is looking for a Senior Program Manager for one of our financial services clients based out of Mississauga / ON.

Job Title : Senior Program Manager
Location : Mississauga Hybrid 3 days / week
Term : Long term contract plus extension
Experience
- Solid knowledge of Program Management techniques including Prince2 and Agile.
- Background in delivering and driving adoption of AI, Generative AI or other emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight evolving timelines and multiple priorities.
- Hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment with processes which must be adhered to.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrated partnership with supporting functions (compliance, finance, regulatory risk, etc.).
- 10+ years’ experience in change management for large multi-national organization (preferred).
- Investment banking background useful.
- Technical experience with JIRA and Confluence useful.
