This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Associate Brand Manager to join our mission of making organic superfoods accessible to health-conscious consumers. In this dynamic role, you"ll support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth for our established product portfolio while helping launch innovative new offerings. Working closely with our passionate team, you"ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of brand management - from retail programs and community partnerships to product innovation and market analysis - all while contributing to our vision of inspiring healthier lives through organic superfoods.
About the Role
Brand & Retail Marketing
- Support the execution of comprehensive B2B trade programs while assisting with retail demo initiatives across our markets. This role will help implement shopper marketing programs and contribute to community partnerships, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with nutritionists and other key stakeholders in the industry.
Innovation & Market Intelligence
This role will assist in managing our innovation pipeline and support product development projects from conception to launch. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you"ll help identify market opportunities and conduct thorough market research to inform strategy. Your analysis of consumer data and market trends will contribute to our targeting strategies and product development initiatives.Brand Development
You"ll support the Senior Brand Manager in annual brand planning and strategy implementation. This includes assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns that align with our brand goals and providing input on new product and packaging development initiatives.Project Support
You"ll help coordinate multiple marketing initiatives, working closely with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams. The role involves maintaining organized project timelines and providing regular status updates to ensure efficient execution of brand initiatives.Marketing & Communications
Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of marketing materials across various channels while assisting in agency management. You"ll help ensure brand consistency across all touch points and contribute to campaign development.Budget & Performance Management
This role will assist in tracking marketing budgets and campaign ROIs. This includes monitoring brand KPIs, helping prepare performance reports, and supporting financial forecasting. You"ll analyze data to provide insights that help inform brand decisions and strategy.Who you Are
Bachelor"s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG or natural products industryStrong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-makingExcellent project management abilities and attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)Knowledge of retail and trade marketing dynamics and / or background in shopper marketing or consumer insightsCreative problem-solver with excellent organizational skillsSelf-starter with entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for health, wellness and organic livingWhy Work With Us
