Description

  • Lead and mentor Practice Managers to elevate clinic performance and cultivate a high-excellence culture.
  • Establish and monitor clinic performance metrics, targeting both financial results and team Job Love.
  • Identify and resolve challenges related to personnel, processes, and technology within clinics.
  • Work collaboratively with teams in Member Experience, Virtual Care, People Operations, and Veterinary Medicine to drive success.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies and labor management aligned with overall P&L objectives.
  • Facilitate new clinic openings, ensuring smooth transitions from hiring to operational launch.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to inspire performance, develop solutions, and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Train and motivate clinic leaders to effectively guide their teams and enhance business performance.
  • Foster a vibrant community across all clinics and regions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a senior leader in the healthcare industry, with veterinary medicine as a preferred background.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit or multi-practice environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of veterinary medicine and clinic operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent business acumen, complemented by exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in building strong relationships and leading talent in high-growth, start-up settings.
