We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and coordinate growth, marketing, and commercialization-driven projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the SVP of Revenue & Growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that support our strategic business objectives.
This is not a technical / development-focused PM role but centers on managing customer-facing projects and internal growth initiatives.
Here’s what you’ll be focused on :
- Successfully manage and deliver 100% of assigned projects on time, within budget, and scope.
- Drive collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure unified project goals and execution.
- Support cross-functional GTM & compliance calls by coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment on key topics. Act as the quarterback to manage timing, follow-ups, and ensure all action items are captured.
- Plan and prepare fully vetted project plans and budgets for initiatives such as the Nevvon User Conference, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Support key sales and marketing initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes, including customer acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Identify potential project risks early and ensure at least 95% of risks are mitigated without impacting delivery timelines.
- Conduct post-project evaluations for client implementations and internal initiatives, preparing recommendations for future improvements.
- Develop and implement scalable project management processes to increase collaboration across teams and ensure project consistency.
In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need to have :
3-5 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in growth, marketing, or commercialization-driven environments.Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational goals.Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional team alignment.Expertise in project management tools and platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Familiarity with revenue-focused initiatives and experience aligning projects with business impact.These are not a must, but will provide you with an advantage :
