Registered Nurse RN

You will be responsible for providing highquality nursing care to patients in the community. You have clinical skills and knowledge of wound management infusion therapy palliative care and chronic disease management.

• Provide patientfocused safe holistic nursing care and work collaboratively with other members of the health care team
• Ensure that nursing care provided to our patients is based on current and best practices to achieve successful outcomes
• Continually assess anticipate identify and respond to new and changing needs of our patients
• Travel within your region between patients homes
