About the Company

Our client, an esteemed boutique family law firm with an office in St. Catharines, ON is looking for an experienced Family Lawyer with at least 1 year of experience as a family lawyer. This is a fabulous opportunity to work independently and collaborate with brilliant senior family lawyers and plenty of support staff at the firm (3 : 1 lawyer to legal support ratio). The marketing team and managing partner take care of the marketing for you, and there is plenty of work to go around, as much as you want! The firm has an excellent administration team to take care of collections for you, boasting an outstanding collection rate.

The ideal candidate for this position possesses trial experience, the ability to independently manage their own files, and an interest in business development would be a bonus (although not required).

Benefits & Perks :

• 50% Fee Split, no base salary.
• On target earnings : $140,000 - $200,000 / year
• Hybrid work options (2 days in, 3 days at home)
