THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Programming Department is to represent the Business Owner to ensure the spaces we design & build will meet their functional requirements.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Programming Team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for gathering the functional requirements for our physical spaces and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes on time, and with accurate programming. As the Sr. Analyst, Programming, Real Estate Development, you will collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Design, Architecture, Construction, and the Project Management Office to assist in translating business needs into actionable programming requirements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about optimizing spaces and processes and, with the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless, from a rewarding career in Programming to continued success at Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Sr. Analyst, Programming, you will :

  • Assist in determining and documenting functional requirements for physical spaces to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Contribute to developing guidelines for operational spaces, evaluating existing processes, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with the design team to ensure layouts align with programming requirements, providing feedback during reviews.
  • Track and manage programming requirements through the Real Estate Development process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Analyst, Programming has :

  • Experience in space planning, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • A passion for learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Business Leadership principles.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners toward shared business goals.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful work.
  • A drive for results, with a focus on optimizing processes and delivering business value.

    • THE COMPENSATION

    The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
