Required Skills & Experience

• Holds both ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
• 2+ years of development experience in ServiceNow
• Experience building custom applications or enhancing existing ones using Agile storyboards in ServiceNow

• Holds any other ServiceNow certifications Job Description In this role, the majority of the work week is dedicated to developing custom applications within ServiceNow's development environment. The ideal candidates will hold both ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications. Also, experience in building custom applications or enhancing existing ones using Agile storyboards in ServiceNow will be sought for the role. This role involves minimal meetings, with approximately 1-2 hours per week allocated to project meetings and an additional hour per week for discussions with business stakeholders to address questions and approval workflows. Upon completion of the application development phase, the final month will focus on user testing, quality assurance, and making necessary adjustments and tweaks to ensure the application's success.
