Role and Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities :
- Make the link between the various support groups and the manufacturing cells.
- Quality control management.
- Participate in health and safety process.
- Manufacturing Process Optimization.
- Evaluate the method time required for the work.
- Coordinate the work of the various stakeholders in the manufacturing process.
- Technical support to the management team
Your Qualifications :
Collegial diploma in a related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Good technical knowledge combined with a good understanding of manufacturing.Proficient reading skills and understanding, of mechanical and electrical drawings.Good communication skills (written and spoken).Leadership and good team spirit.Process management and improvement skills.Ability to manage one's time and simultaneously to efficiently manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Bilingual spoken and written.Knowledge of electrical / electronic components and work experience at CAE, would be an asset.Knowledge and practical experience of problem-solving methods and tools.CAE offers :
