About the role

Our growing team is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager - Digital plaforms!

The Digital Product Manager owns the strategy and roadmap of the website to drive growth and innovation. A great candidate will have a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and expertise in experience design to ultimately drive conversions and customer satisfaction.

Located at the intersection of innovation and growth, this role will define and leverage new technologies such as ChatGPT, AI, ML, and leverage data to deliver personalized and self-serve experiences for our customers.

This Digital PM will reimagine how we drive market penetration across new and returning customer segments and bring bold, entirely new experiences to life for our customers.

Workplace : Any of our Ontario, Quebec or Atlantic offices.

What you’ll do :

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps focused on enhancing the non-transactional shopping journey and digital experiences for belairdirect.com.

As a customer champion you will translate customer insights, feedback, and pain points into actionable product requirements with clear success metrics, while ensuring products meet and exceed user expectations.

Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity to drive further top-of-the-funnel growth and optimize in-funnel conversion to support acquisition growth for the brand.

Establish and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future product decisions.

Perform market research, competitive analysis, and establish industry best practices to stay ahead of marketing innovation trends.

Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.

Partner with web development, design, marketing, and other teams to prioritize, define, and execute product enhancements.

Proactively engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify key initiatives and business drivers for belairdirect.com.

With a strong technical background, you will communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between product vision and technical implementation.

Drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as AI / ML and data to develop new, personalized marketing strategies to drive the digital shopping path onsite.

What you bring :

8+ years of experience in digital product management, or equivalent experience

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration, product management, design or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Ability to surface customer-backed insights from a variety of information sources, both qualitative and quantitative.

Experience with tools such as Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.

Experience with Power BI is an asset.

Experience presenting to senior leadership, exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Experience developing and executing customer digital self-service or ecommerce strategies.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and influencing cross-functional technology and marketing teams.

Experience leveraging AI / ML and to develop personalized product strategies, customer self-service, and monetization strategies.

Experience in one or more of the following areas of focus : client acquisition; digital acquisition.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

You are :

You have managed a technology product or a digital journey end to end, from inception to delivery.

Understand the capabilities and limitations of AI and chatbot technologies.

Proven ability to drive results while effectively collaborating with key partners.

Dynamic leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and lead new initiatives with a proven track record to deliver.

Established growth mindset and an ability to challenge the status quo, and to push, pivot, and let go as the environment evolves.

A positive attitude and drive to outperform.
