Business Development Manager - Spanish and English Speaking - North America

My client are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) professional to expand their market presence across North and Latin America. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge mining software solutions and drive business growth in a dynamic industry.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales. You will work closely with mining companies to understand their challenges and provide innovative software solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow market share in North and Latin America.
  • Identify and engage with new customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell mining software solutions tailored to industry needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product and marketing, to align business strategies.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand business networks.

Your Experience :

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in mining technology, geospatial solutions, or software sales.
  • Strong understanding of the mining industry and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel across North and Latin America as needed.
