- Take and follow up orders by telephone and e-mail
- Updating files in SAP software
- Complaint handling and problem resolution
- After-sales service and customer retention
- Quoting, credit and billing
Qualifications
Qualifications for this Senior Customer Service Representative role are :
- Perfect bilingualism
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar field and in a SME
- Ability to navigate an order-taking system (SAP, CRM, etc.)
- Dynamism and leadership
- Smiling, multitasking and autonomous
